Your Questions About Fat Burning Coffee Tea

Betty asks…

can green tea help burn fat?

I was just wondering if by drinking green tea, I can burn fat? I have been replacing coffee with green tea!
I don’t need to burn much fat, however it would be nice to help jump start the bikini ready body!
How much should I drink a day?
How long should I leave the tea bag in each cup?
anything else I should know?

Thanks!

Sophia B answers:

Green Tea can help you lose weight as speeds up your bodies metabolsim as well as decreasing hunger.

You will still need to cut back your calories and exercise regularly in order to lose weight.

If you cut calories I recommend Green Tea because the Caffeine will keep your body feeling energized with a Calorie deficient diet.

When you make a cup of tea, let the tea bag sit in the CLOSE to boiling water for about 5 minutes before drinking.

George asks…

Tea and coffee as a dieretic?

I know that caffiene is a dieretic, where it causes you to lose water.

Now does that mean if I have tea and coffee everyday, that will help prevent me from retaining water.
I know guys don’t have to worry as much about retaining water as much as women, but we still do hold water in our body all day, and when you are retaining water it makes it harder to burn fat. So I just want to try to flush some water out of my system.

Is this a good way of doing that?

Thanks
Yes I also understadn that you need to drink more water and you need to get more calcium because caffiene takes calcium out of your body.

Connor,

Yes, you are right. Coffee is a diuretic. But if you are looking to burn fat and lose weight, but don’t want to give up your coffee the best alternative is Skinny Science Coffee. It will be available within a few weeks through the company Boresha Coffee. Skinny Science Coffee is a fat burning, thermogenic coffee patented and approved through the Glycemic Research Institution.

The research and tests behind this new generation of coffee are available online at the links below. I hope this helps and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us at support@angelascoffeeshop.com. We wish you the best.

Mark asks…

Is this a good fat burning workout?

This is the workout I do every single day, as I’m trying to lose weight.

I wake up at 5:30 and drink a cup of coffee or tea and a glass of 2-3 raw eggs.
I do 120 crunches, sometimes stopping for rest if I need to though sometimes I don’t need to stop.
I do 30 cobras. (this counts as my rest time as cobras are fairly easy to do)
45 squats.
60 jumping jacks
35 burpees.
I then jog/run 3-5km (this depends on how much time I have and my energy)
Then I hit the bag for whatever time I have left until 6:45

After coming home from school, I do active chores like vacuuming or cleaning, and then in the night I do these exercises.

120 crunches, again with rest if needed.
15 minute jog.
Then I hit the bag for 20-25 minutes.

I just want to know if I’m doing something wrong in this workout, as I’m not seeing much results. I’m only eating fruits, vegetables, milk, water, tea, coffee, and raw eggs. So can you tell me if I should change my diet, my workout, or both. Thanks.
Sorry, but please people I don’t want any advertisements as answers.

Jasmine Tea VS Bare Black Coffee?

I was faced with a weird question in my science lesson as we talked about the humen body’s metabolism. It was one of those think about it and tell me next lesson sort of questions. It was what increases your metabolic rate more jasmine tea or bare black coffee (nothing added just the coffee beans) and does it burn more fat etc and why. Strange question, Im not very sure of the answer so any help?

Sandy asks…

Is this a good plan to lose fat?

I want to lose 10 lbs and simple diet and exercise don’t work. I used to be a waitress for 4 years and walked 10 hours a day but didn’t lose much fat. Now I’m doing simple exercise like walking the dog and housework, I eat more fruit and veggies, almost no meat, lots of dairy products and drink a fat burning shake once a day. No sodas and plenty of water, I have 1-2 bowel movements daily…I’ve cut down on junk food and candy (I might eat a little chocolate every other day). No sugar in my coffee and I prefer plain tea now… So is this going to help me lose 10 lbs in the next 2 months? Also, I don’t have a scale at home.

Sophia B answers:

You have Your diet in order, and that is the most important thing. Yes, this will help You with your goal, but to really take advantage of Your body’s metabolic potential, beginning a routine of cardio work will assure that You meet that goal.
